overview Halasi Safari Solutions came to me as a blank slate and a real business problem: a luxury safari operator running on manual processes, disconnected tools, and no digital presence worth speaking of. i took it from zero to a production platform in under six months, acting as sole architect, engineer, and strategic advisor. every decision was mine to make and mine to defend. projects platform architecture & build designed and built a dual-system architecture from scratch: a public-facing marketing platform and an internal sales operations layer, each purpose-built for its audience and connected through well-defined data contracts. the stack ran on next.js 15, payload cms, mongodb, and aws s3, with role-based access, live preview, and autosave baked in so non-technical teams could operate independently post-launch. built the entire codebase using cursor and github copilot, compressing a multi-month engineering effort into a solo six-month delivery. crm integration & lead automation the sales team was manually processing every enquiry. i replaced that entirely with an automated zoho crm pipeline that captured, structured, and routed 50+ monthly leads into the sales workflow with zero human intervention. high-ticket pipeline ranging from $3,000 to $10,000+ per booking, now managed from a single operational surface. ai content & creative production deployed claude across the content production workflow to generate 40+ pieces spanning itinerary pages, destination guides, seo copy, and customer communications, cutting production time by an estimated 65%. used midjourney to produce 20+ on-brand visual assets, eliminating stock photography dependency entirely and giving the brand a consistent visual identity at a fraction of agency cost. seo & discoverability infrastructure implemented schema.org json-ld markup across all content types including touristtrip, touristdestination, faqpage, and aggregaterating, alongside a sitemap architecture and llms.txt configuration to maximize organic discoverability. the platform now drives an estimated 4,000 monthly visitors without paid acquisition. impact 50+ monthly leads routed with zero manual intervention 65% reduction in content production time 40+ content pieces and 10+ itinerary pages published 20+ visual assets produced, eliminating stock photography costs 4,000 estimated monthly visitors driven through organic search six-month solo delivery of a full production platform skills demonstrated next.js · payload cms · mongodb · aws s3 · zoho crm api · claude · cursor · github copilot · midjourney · schema.org · seo architecture · system design · ai-assisted development · solo end-to-end delivery
